Merch Packages

Purchasing a merch package allows you to secure some event-exclusive merch, guaranteeing you a cupsleeve in case they run out!
It's a great way to help fund the event, and can help kickstart another similar event next year!Merch packages are available for purchase via E-transfer or Paypal. Pickups will happen at the event, but shipping options are available for Canadian addresses only if you are not local/cannot attend (subject to additional shipping fees).Merch packages will not be sold at the event. If you are interested in guaranteeing a cupsleeve and event-exclusive merch, be sure to purchase a package before the deadline!

Venue/Access Guide

Venue: Chatime on Jarvis (163 King St. E, Toronto)

The venue is a short walk from King subway station. You can also hop onto the 504 eastbound streetcar and get off at Jarvis Street.Please stay up to date with any subway closures that may affect your trip. TTC closures can be reviewed on their website here.Please dress appropriately for the weather and to take care in the heat. Bring an umbrella if useful, and stay hydrated if there is a line to get inside. Please note that once you are inside, any outside food or beverages are not permitted to be consumed.If there is a line, please wait for your turn to order. If there are a lot of attendees, we may be required to put a time limit on your stay to ensure that other attendees can enjoy the event. Your patience is appreciated!Upon entering, the order counter will be in front of you. You can view the Chatime menu in advance here. Please wait to the left side of the counter to pick up your drink, and don't forget to grab your receipt for a cupsleeve redemption!Close to the neon sign, you will find the cupsleeve pickup table. It will have a light blue table cloth with a daisy pattern. Present your receipt to the volunteers there to get your FREE event cupsleeve and random sticker!If you ordered a Merch Package, please state your name to the volunteers at the cupsleeve pickup table and they will give you your package(s).Be one of the first 10 people in line to receive an additional FREE holographic ticket!
They will be given out just before opening.On the right side of the venue along the window, you can shop for Haikyuu fan merch from our lovely vendors. There will also a small seating area, but please be mindful of the length of your stay. If there are a lot of attendees, we may be required to put a time limit on your stay to allow other fans to enjoy the event!The Host, Volunteers and Vendors will be wearing a corresponding role tag. Please find one of us if you need any assistance with anything related to the event! If you have concerns regarding the facilities, please direct your question to either a Host, Volunteer or the venue staff.Please ask the venue staff at the counter for access to the washrooms onsite.
